JPS is a non-profit social volunteering society that has 4 chapters. It was started at Phillips
66 in 1937 by the women employees who named the society in honor of Jane Phillips, commonly referred to as Aunt Jane.

We believe in the power of volunteering to improve lives and bring communities together. There are many ways to get involved with JPS and support our mission, from donating your time to participating in one of our projects or events.
